Despite passing my driving tests early last year, I am not one of those guys that drives a lot. I am just one of those guys that prefers to spend time on public transport or just grab a taxi home after a long day of work or after a drink or two with my friends. Driving just takes up too effort and focus from me.
That being said, being on the train and bus ain’t exactly always a bed of roses especially when some times the train just breaks down or very slow traffic.
To make public transport experience even worst, you meet some difficult people. Everyone will meet such difficult people and situations on their day-to-day commuting. And if you haven’t met any, that difficult person is probably you.

This is one I do not get especially when it happens early in the morning. I mean it is 8am in the morning and you just left home for work. Wouldn’t you have showered or something? Seriously! I mean Singapore is really hot, humid and all so I kinda can forgive you if it’s end of the day but.. MORNING?? MORNING?? Okay. Please shower.
The “You-are-pregnant-I-am-Sleepy”
This is the classic “out of sight out of mind” guy as well. They get sleepy the very moment they see a pregnant woman or old person on the train. I mean seriously, just give the freaking seat up to someone who needs it more?

As much as I am a big fan of public transport because I do not like to drive, taking the train can be pretty crazy from time to time. Of course there’s always a good way out and that’s taxi! The biggest problem with me and taxi is the long waiting time but now it’s no longer a problem with @GrabTaxiSG .
