Apr 2016 vs Nov 2017 (More than 18 months and no new pose meh? #ModelFail) |
So I was looking through some of my old photos. Not like 10 year ago old but pretty much just over a year ago. I was in my cardio-and-diet-phase and I didn't realise I was so "skinny" as compared to now. Not your conventional skinny but it's considered skinny to me. I mean I broke my ankle in December and I put on a lot of weight. Because of that, I can no longer do long distance running and I also started on very bad eating habits. So I got myself a personal trainer and started training. I mean all these while I've hit the gym but this new trainer of mine trains me differently. And also my eating habits did not change and very quickly I found myself rather bulky now. Gyming got me my shoulders, chest, and biceps but it didn't help me much with my belly cause of my eating. Thankfully I've Dr. Kellyn and her amazing fat freeze!
I'm not like Hulk big but everyone who haven't seen me awhile would just molest my chest and ask me what happened as if I gone through puberty like a teenage girl. Lest the fact that people don't go around touching teenage girls. I think. I hope.
Not sure how good you guys are with photo hunt but you will notice I had no shoulders at all in 2016 as compared to now. If the above picture doesn't show you enough, here's a picture from Sept 2016.
I thought I look really tiny here. Especially my shoulders.
I actually can't decide if I like how I look now or how I look then.
